LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 70.Pensión. El reconocimiento pago de pensiones continuará sujeto al régimen especial vigente en la fecha de expedición de este Decreto para los educadores oficiales.

El goce de la pensión de jubilación no es incompatible con el ejercicio de empleos docentes. Se exceptúan los cargos directivos docentes de que trata el artículo 32, para los cuales sí existirá dicha incompatibilidad, salvo cuando se trate de educadores que en la fecha de expedición de este Decreto estén disfrutando de este beneficio.
