000 y $ 100.000, hechos por el Departamento de Santander del Norte y por el Municipio de Cúcuta, respectivamente, con destino a la construcción del acueducto y alcantarillado de esta ciudad, de acuerdo con el contrato de 26 de febrero de 1936, celebrado por el Gobierno con el Municipio mencionado, ábrese un crédito adicional al Presupuesto de la vigencia fiscal en curso, con la siguiente imputación:
