ARTICULO 6o . SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. - Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de reestructuración del Instituto, la Junta Directiva suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en las respectivas plantas de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
