Riesgos no comprendidos por el área de riesgos. En el evento en que la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público estime que las obligaciones contingentes sometidas a su consideración no se encuentran comprendidas en el área de riesgos, así se lo informará a la respectiva entidad estatal, evento en el cual se entenderá que tales obligaciones no se sujetan al régimen aquí previsto.
