Las entidades y agentes obligados de que trata el artículo segundo de la Ley 872 de 2003, que deseen certificar su sistema de gestión de la calidad bajo la norma NTCGP: 1000, deberán realizarlo ante un organismo de certificación de sistemas de gestión de calidad acreditado bajo dicha norma, por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
