º El Gobierno Nacional podrá tomar medidas especiales para proteger a las personas que aporten las informaciones y pruebas eficaces a que se refiere el artículo 1º de este Decreto. Estas medidas podrán consistir en la sustitución de los documentos de registro civil y de identidad de la persona, así como la provisión de los recursos económicos indispensables para que las mismas puedan cambiar de domicilio y ocupación, tanto dentro del país como en el exterior.
