° Para que una empresa de teléfonos pueda prestar servicios a los particulares, es necesario que consigne en las oficinas de Hacienda Nacional, del lugar de explotación, dentro de los cinco días siguientes al mes en que se cause el servicio, el valor de los impuestos establecidos por la Ley 12 de 1932 y el Decreto 1834 de 1932.
