Modifícase el numeral 4 del artículo 47 del Decreto número 1649 de 2014 en relación con una función del Área de Talento Humano, la cual quedará así: “4. Diseñar, dirigir, administrar y evaluar los programas de formación, capacitación, incentivos, bienestar, salud ocupacional y desarrollo de los servidores públicos del Departamento, de acuerdo con lo previsto en la ley y en el Plan Nacional de Formación y Capacitación”.
