º. Cuando las demandas de expropiación que promueva cualquiera de los Municipios a que se refiere esta Ley, comprendan dos o más fincas dentro del área general que se trate de expropiar, se dirigirán contra todos los demandados en conjunto, contra varios de ellos o contra cada uno separadamente, a elección del demandante.
