Verificación . El cumplimiento de la rentabilidad mínima obligatoria será verificado mensualmente por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. Para el efecto, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia comparará la rentabilidad acumulada efectiva anual obtenida por cada portafolio durante el período de cálculo correspondiente, con la rentabilidad mínima obligatoria calculada para el mismo período de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el presente Título.
