El que por más de tres veces obtenga intereses o ventajas usuarios a cambio de préstamos de dinero, estará sujeto a la pena de un mes a un año de arresto y multa de cinco a quinientos pesos. En la misma sanción incurrirá el que disimule bajo otra forma contractual cualquiera, un préstamo usurario.
