Art. 30. La compañia trasportará gratuitamente los hombres al servicio de la República, i los elementos de guerra que hubiere necesidad de trasportar por el canal, con el objeto de atender a la seguridad esterior, o a la conservacion del órden público en la provincia del Chocó o en las contiguas.
