El título de la persona que negocia un instrumento está viciado, según esta Ley, cuando obtiene el instrumento o alguna de las firmas, por fraude, fuerza o violencia o por otros medios ilegales, o por una causa ilegal, o cuando lo negocia de mala fe, o por cualesquiera circunstancias equivalentes al fraude.
