º. Para los efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 12 literal b) de la Ley 31 de 1992, el otorgamiento de préstamos, descuentos o redescuentos con cargo a cupos de crédito con recursos de líneas externas estará determinado por el plazo y monto de los respectivos contratos de préstamo celebrados con los organismos financieros internacionales.
