La Comisión, tomando en cuenta las recomendaciones del estudio a que hace referencia la parte motiva del presente Decreto, se encargará de orientar y recomendar al Consejo de Ministros sobre la forma y el valor de la enajenación del interés estatal en el complejo carbonífero de El Cerrejón, Zona Norte y la elaboración y presentación del correspondiente programa de venta, con sujeción a los términos de ley.
