Art. 7. ° Para el establecimiento i sostenimiento de la Academia, el Gobierno nacional hará los gastos de profesores i demás empleados; los de edificios, biblioteca i museo de bellas Artes ; los de instrumentos, modelos, muebles i materiales de enseñanza que hayan de servir permanentemente i de un modo jeneral a toda la Academia o a alguna de sus Escuelas; i los de alimentacion de los alumnos oficiales.

Parágrafo 1

º Los gastos espresados en este articuló se imputarán al Departamento de Instruccion pública, capítulo 3,º artículos 1.º i 2.º (servicio de 1874 a 1875.)

Parágrafo 2

° Los gastos de libros i material de enseñanza de cada alumno no serán de cargo de la Nación.
