Sanciones . De acuerdo con lo previsto en los numerales 6 y 7 del artículo 36 de la Ley 454 de 1998, corresponde a la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria imponer las sanciones previstas en la Ley por el incumplimiento de las anteriores disposiciones y a las normas que lo modifiquen, o sustituyan.
