Articulo 25. Constituye quorum en las sesiones ordinarias y extraordinarias todo número plural de accionistas que represente más de la mitad de las acciones suscritas. Si en la primera citación no concurriere el número necesario para constituir la Asamblea, se hará nueva reunión, sin necesidad de convocación; el dia siguiente útil al en que no se reunió el quorum. En tal caso habrá quorum cualquiera que sea el número de acciones que estén representadas, y por tanto quedará constituida legalmente dicha Asamblea.
