Art. 203. En cualquier estado de juicio se puede articular sobre el pago, el cumplimiento de la obligación, exhibiéndose el documento en que conste el hecho. Si se declara no aprobado el pago, o el cumplimiento de la obligación, se condenará en costas del ejecutado, quien no podrá proponer sobre ello nueva articulación.
