El Banco Central Hipotecario en Liquidación deberá elaborar el cálculo actuarial correspondiente a las obligaciones pensionales a cargo del mismo, en el término de dos (2) meses contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, teniendo en cuenta las instrucciones técnicas que imparta la Superintendencia Bancaria en coordinación con el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. La Superintendencia Bancaria deberá aprobar el cálculo actuarial al que se refiere el presente artículo.
