Los docentes sin título que al entrar en vigencia la presente norma se hallen escalafonados en cualquiera de las categorías del escalafón de enseñanza secundaria, quedarán asimilados al nuevo, conforme al artículo 7° del presente Decreto pero no podrán ascender hasta tanto acrediten el grado o grados exigidos por el presente Decreto.
