º Los empleados oficiales están obligados a prestar su colaboración a los Magistrados del Tribunal Especial de Instrucción y a los Jueces de Instrucción, en forma preferencial y directa. Para tal fin todas las entidades públicas tomarán las medidas administrativas necesarias. No podrá oponerse reserva alguna respecto de los documentos, informes y declaraciones que requieran el Tribunal y los Jueces de Instrucción.
