Artículo único. Apruébase el contrato celebrado entre el señor Ministro de Hacienda y el doctor Leonardo Cárdenas Pinto, referente al reconocimiento que se hace a los señores Franzius Hermanos de la suma de seiscientos cuarenta y cinco pesos cincuenta centavos oro ($ 645-50) y sus intereses, a razón del 6 por 100 anual.

Tal contrato tiene fecha 6 de febrero de 1912.
