Adiciónese el parágrafo 5° al artículo 145 de la Ley 488 de 1998 el cual quedará así:
Parágrafo 5
Para los vehículos eléctricos, las tarifas aplicables no podrán superar en ningún caso, el uno por ciento (1%) del valor comercial del vehículo.
