Cuando se trate de inversiones extranjeras anteriores a la vigencia del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, el registro previsto en el artículo anterior se hará previo conocimiento de los proyectos respectivos por el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales que regulan la materia.
