Condición para afiliarse a la junta de vivienda comunal. Para afiliarse a una junta de vivienda comunal se requiere que ningún miembro del núcleo familiar sea propietario de vivienda.

Parágrafo

Al interior de la junta de vivienda comunal cada familia designará un representante con su respectivo suplente de entre sus miembros, con derecho a voz y voto.
