Circunstancias. El salvoconducto de removilización a que se refiere el artículo anterior sólo se expedirá si se da una de las siguientes circunstancias:

Que no se puedan llevar a su destino los especímenes, individuos o productos en el tiempo estipulado en el salvoconducto original por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito debidamente comprobado.

Que no se hayan podido comercializar los individuos o productos en el lugar señalado en el salvoconducto original, por motivos no imputables al titular del salvoconducto.
