Los servidores públicos serán miembros del Consejo Nacional de Paz, Reconciliación y Convivencia mientras ocupen sus respectivos cargos. Los miembros de la sociedad civil lo serán hasta tanto sean reemplazados por las organizaciones que representan y en todo caso no podrán permanecer más de cuatro (4) años en este cargo”.
