El Ministerio de Trabajo ejercerá las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control en el desarrollo de las actividades reguladas en la presente ley. En cuanto a las relaciones de derecho individual del Trabajo entre la Administración Pública y los trabajadores del sector se rige por las normas especiales vigentes.
