Son beneficiarios de las rentas recaudadas por concepto del Impuesto sobre Vehículos Automotores, incluidos los intereses y sanciones, los departamentos en cuya jurisdicción se encuentre matriculado el vehículo gravado, y los municipios a los que corresponda la dirección informada en la declaración.
