ARTICULO 112 . INGRESO ESPECIAL AL ESCALAFON. Podrán solicitar su ingreso al escalafón de la Carrera Penitenciaria los siguientes funcionarios

a)

Quienes al entrar en vigencia este decreto se encontraren ocupando empleos de carrera penitenciaria, carcelaria y administrativa por estar vinculados como empleados de la Dirección General de Prisiones y demás dependencias del Ministerio de Justicia debiendo acreditar dentro del año inmediatamente siguiente el cumplimiento de los requisitos señalados para sus respectivos empleos en el manual de funciones y requisitos;

b)

Los funcionarios que al momento de ser incorporados a la planta del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, se encontraren escalafonados en carrera administrativa, previa verificación de la certificación que así lo acredite, conservarán los derechos a ella.
