Luego que esté formado el censo general por la Oficina Central de Estadística, el Ministerio de Gobierno lo revisará y si lo encontrare arreglado a las formalidades prescritas para levantarlo, lo pasará al Congreso, con el fin de que éste le imparta su aprobación, por medio de una Ley, desde cuya sanción regirá el censo en todos los actos oficiales.
