° Derógase el Decreto número 99 de 1909 de 31 de Agosto, por medio del cual se dispuso que la empresa del Ferrocarril de la Sabana se rigiera por sus propios Estatutos como sociedad autónoma. En consecuencia, decláranse en suspenso los Decretos Ejecutivos números 294 de 30 de Junio de 1889 y 16 de 10 de Agosto de 1900.
