DEL CÓMPUTO DE TIEMPO PARA LA BONIFICACIÓN POR SERVICIOS PRESTADOS . El tiempo de servicio para el reconocimiento de la bonificación de que trata los artículos anteriores empezará a contarse a partir de la fecha de expedición de este Decreto para los actuales funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República, y a partir de la fecha de posesión para los que se vinculen a ella posteriormente.
