Servicio telefónico desde aparatos públicos. Para efectos de lo previsto en el numeral 4 del artículo 476 del Estatuto Tributario, la exclusión del impuesto sobre las ventas en el servicio prestado desde teléfonos públicos, sólo es aplicable al servicio telefónico local. En consecuencia, el servicio telefónico de larga distancia, nacional o internacional prestado en el país desde teléfonos públicos está sometido al impuesto.
