Artículo Quinto. Durante el trámite de inscripción de una junta directiva no procede ningún tipo de impugnación. La providencia mediante la cual se ordena o no la inscripción, debidamente motivada, deberá notificarse al representante legal de la organización sindical, a quienes hayan suscrito la respectiva solicitud, y al empleador o empleadores correspondientes. Contra la misma, los recursos de ley, interpuestos en la forma prevista en el Código Contencioso Administrativo:
