Responsabilidades del Icetex. El Icetex es el responsable de definir los puntos de corte del Sisbén versión III, o el instrumento equivalente, para la conformación de los grupos de distinguidos a los cuales hace referencia el artículo 2.3.8.7.1.2 del presente decreto.
