A partir de mil novecientos sesenta y tres (1963), el auxilio de que ha venido gozando la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros será de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) anuales, de los cuales se tomarán las partidas necesarias para la organización y funcionamiento de los Congresos Nacionales de Ingeniería que le están encomendados conforme a la Ley 2ª de 1948.
