Constreñimiento a la prostitución . El que con ánimo de lucrarse o para satisfacer los deseos de otro, constriña a cualquier persona al comercio carnal o a la prostitución incurrirá en prisión de tres (3) a nueve (9) años de prisión y multa equivalente a multiplicar por una cantidad de cincuenta (50) a quinientos (500) el valor del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente. Si el constreñimiento se ejerciere sobre menor de dieciocho (18) años, la pena se aumentará en una tercera parte.
