Artículo quinto. En caso de que el valor de alguno de los cheques resulte superior al saldo de la obligación hipotecaria, el Banco devolverá el exceso al empleador, mediante cheque pagadero únicamente al primer beneficiario, e informara de ello al trabajador, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha del recibo del cheque.
