PETICION DE INFORMES. Si el juez que conoce de un proceso tiene noticias de que en otro juzgado cursa otro proceso de aquellos que deben acumularse, pedirá informe al juzgado respectivo y éste deberá contestar dentro de los tres días siguientes a aquel en que recibió la petición. Dicho informe contendrá todos los datos necesarios para establecer la pertinencia de la acumulación.
