Artículo transitorio 1º. Dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la expedición de la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional adoptará una estrategia integral para combatir el terrorismo, informará a las Comisiones Segundas de Senado y Cámara de las medidas adoptada s, y presentará los proyectos de ley que se requieran para su complementación.
