º. Reconocimiento deportivo. El reconocimiento deportivo de los clubes deportivos profesionales, será otorgado o renovado por el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte - Coldeportes, de conformidad con lo previsto en el presente reglamento, con sujeción en lo pertinente al trámite regulado por el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Los clubes deportivos profesionales sólo podrán desarrollar actividades y programas de deporte competitivo de alto rendimiento con deportistas bajo remuneración, una vez obtengan el reconocimiento deportivo como organismos deportivos del Sistema Nacional del Deporte.
