ARTICULO 46. Si el empresario sujeto al concordato, los acreedores, los socios de la empresa o sus administradores, hubieren incurrido en hechos punibles, el juez ordenará enviar las copias pertinentes al funcionario que considere competente para su investigación, so pena de incurrir en mala conducta.
