Art. 10. Respecto de los contratos de la misma especie celebrados antes de aquella fecha y después del 18 de Diciembre de 1884, día en que se declaro oficialmente turbado el orden público, se podrá exigir prueba de que fueron celebrados de buena fe, para lo cual podrá utilizarse el procedimiento judicial establecido para comprobar neutralidad.
