Al menos un diez por ciento (10%) del producto neto que reciba el Estado colombiano por concepto de las actividades de aprovechamiento económico descritas en esta ley, así como por la comercialización de bienes que no pertenecen al Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido, será destinado a los presupuestos generales del Ministerio de Cultura y del Instituto Colombiano de Antropología e Historia (Icanh).
