Articulo 2° Delégase al Secretario General la firma de la siguiente correspondencia
Las notas de remisión de actas a los Ministerios;
Las notas en que se participa a los concursados que no les fue adjudicada una licitación;
Los informes sobre actuaciones del Consejo Directivo para entidades oficiales.
