A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto y para los efectos del mismo, se entenderá que cuando el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, modificado por los Decretos 2359 de 1993 y 2489 de 1999, hace alusión a la Delegatura para Pensiones y Cesantía, se refiere a la Delegatura para la Seguridad Social y otros Servicios Financieros.
