Es competente de modo privativo para conocer del proceso de quiebra el juez civil del circuito que corresponda al domicilio del deudor. La demanda de quiebra se someterá inmediatamente a reparto y sobre ella deberá proveerse a más tardar dentro del día siguiente a su presentación.
