Comités Locales para la Prevención y Protección a los Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento. Cuando el Ministerio del Interior registre un Pueblo Indígena en Aislamiento, el Gobernador del departamento donde este se encuentre ubicado conformará un Comité Local de Prevención y Protección de los Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento, con el objetivo de diseñar, implementar y evaluar las estrategias de prevención y protección de los derechos del respectivo Pueblo Indígena en Aislamiento.

Parágrafo

Cuando el territorio de un Pueblo Indígena en Aislamiento se encuentre en más de un departamento, se conformará por el Gobernador en donde tenga la mayor parte del territorio.
